Ana de la Reguera and Ana Gasteyer Bio

Ana Kristina Gasteyer (born January 1st, 1977) is a popular American singer and comedian. She is most notable for her time as a part of the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live from 1996 to 2002. Seit then she has starred on sitcoms like ABC's Suburgatory TBS People of Earth NBC American Auto as well as in the movie Mean Girls. She began her career as a Northwestern University voice student, but switched over to theatre studies after she became involved with the improv troupe on campus. Her improv-loving spirit has been carried throughout her numerous support roles, including the extremely manageable Sheila Shay (agent), in Lady Dynamite, and the quirky Karen Grisham. The NBC sitcom American Auto is the one that finally gives Ana Gasteyer the starring part she deserves. Anabell Gardoqui de la Reguera is a Mexican actress. She has starred in film telenovelas, including the HBO TV series Eastbound & Down and Capadocia the Amazon television series Goliath and in the 2006 comedic Nacho Libre. Reguera is a native of Veracruz, Mexico. Her mother, Nena of la Reguera was Miss Veracruz who became a journalist and television personality. Reguera first studied classic ballet. She then pursued studies in performing arts at the Instituto Veracruzano de la Cultura.
